Q: Where are you located and do you really build your own effects?
A: We are located in Haifa, Israel and we build our guitar effects right here at our shop, by hand, one at a time. Almost all aspects of production are controlled by us and are made by us. This means we work harder and longer hours but we have means to secure very high quality for our products and we wouldn't have it any other way.
Q: Are you ArielFX?
A: Not really. We are Dan & Tom, Tom used to run ArielFX (which is no longer active) but Arteffect is a different company with other goals. The only real similarity between the two companies is that Tom still winds the Halo inductor replicas!
Q: Can you build a one of a kind effect or customize a stock item for me?
A: Since almost every aspect of production is made in house, we might be able to satisfy your needs! However because of the nature of this request each case would have to be discussed individually, please contact us for more details.
Q: I work in a magazine / website and would like to review your gear, what's next?

Q: I play in a band, can I get free stuff?
A: You may contact us and we'll consider each case individually.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: All major credit cards are accepted as well as payments made with PayPal.
Q: Do I have to pay any taxes when ordering from you?
A: We don't charge any tax from customers outside Israel, Israeli customers will be charged for VAT. Import taxes and other kind of taxes are not charged by us, any questions regarding these matters should be addressed to your local tax authorities.
Q: How long would it take to ship my order?
A: Most orders ship within 3 working days from payment approval date, which is usually instantaneous. Custom items or orders that contain items that are out of stock might take longer to ship, please check product pages for more information.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We're shipping almost anywhere; upon checkout you'll select your country, if it appears on the list this means that we're able to ship there.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: You can select between registered airmail and EMS express. Registered airmail will usually take between 14 – 21 days to arrive. EMS Express shipments will usually arrive in less than 7 days.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Every package we ship carries a tracking number, you may contact us with your order number and we'll supply you with the number so you'll be able to confirm shipment and even track packages that were sent with EMS online.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return a product within 21 days from receiving date as long as it was not used (original box is sealed). Please check our "Return & Refund Policy" under "Customer Care".
Q: How do I return an item?
